Cyclops ANPR works purely on a results basis.  Until your vehicle is located, there is no cost to you, the Vehicle Finance or Leasing Company.  Whether you simply want your vehicle found, or repossessed and removed to a place of safety, Cyclops ANPR System’s Certified Bailiffs will put you back in the driving seat.

How to Register your Missing Vehicles

Simply email Cyclops ANPR with a list of the registration numbers and last-known postcodes of the vehicles you wish to locate.  Both Excel or Access formats are compatible with the Cyclops system. 

Cyclops ANPR will undertake to:

Locate your missing vehicles.
Locate and clamp your missing vehicles.
Locate, clamp, and remove your vehicle to your choice of location or auction site (to be agreed).
Endeavour to collect log books, keys or monies owed, if required.

With low costs for each vehicle traced, Cyclops ANPR Systems can save your company substantial sums of money. 

Locating Vehicles

Once your missing vehicle details are registered on the Cyclops system, the company’s team of Certified Bailiffs will start trying to locate your property. 

If you choose Cyclops ‘Locate Only’ service, one of the Cyclops team will contact you giving the exact details and location of the vehicle when it has been found, allowing you to arrange your own recovery. 

Locating and Immobilising of Vehicles

Once it has been located, the Cyclops Bailiffs will clamp your vehicle.  The clamp will remain in place for a 24 hour period to ensure its security while you arrange its recovery. 

Locating, Clamping and Vehicle Removal

Cyclops ANPR Certified Bailiffs will locate, clamp, and remove your vehicle to an agreed site.  This might be your company premises, a car auction site, or any other site nominated by your company.

Recovery of Log Book, Keys and Money

Should you want vehicle log books, keys or money recovered, Cyclops ANPR’s Certified Bailiffs will endeavour to make the collection on your behalf. 

Digital Imagery

You will be invoiced only when Cyclops ANPR Systems has located your missing vehicle.  Cyclops works on a ‘by-results’ basis.  There is no fee for registering your missing vehicles on the Cyclops ANPR system. 

At the point of invoice, Cyclops ANPR will provide you with a digital image of your vehicle showing the date, time, and details of its location.
